The body of the Ruble pen is decorated with a symmetrical ornament of two symbols; the sign denoting the state currency of the Russian Federation, which was officially adopted in December 2013, and the coat of arms of Russia.

 In addition to the main symbol, laser engraved on the acrylic resin of the body, the three-dimensional ruble sign also adorns the pen clip. In the gold-plated version of the pen, the clip and cap end are adorned with Swarovski crystals.
